A California congresswoman has introduced a bill to get the Federal government to stop certain asset forfeitures against legal medical marijuana operations. The latest twist on the harassment of California MM operations has been for the Feds to threaten landlords with the seizure of their buildings if they don’t throw out MM tenants.
